I have heard that there is an international law to the effect that once you pass 80 years, you are allowed to forget things and make mistakes and people have to forgive you. LOL

I can definitely go along with the premise, but what would be done with a corporation's subsidiaries? They are technically a corporation's offspring so would we possibly need corporation probate court? Would the parent corporation's stockholders and assets be divided up amongst its subsidiaries? I can see a whole new area of legal practice developing. Corporation estate planning. ;)

That could be interesting. The subsidiaries could also be considered as assets to be liquidated upon the death of the corporation.

If corporations are people they should have to pay ALL of their taxes at OUR rate or have the IRS dissolve them and sell off their assets to pay those taxes after they go to jail!

I would agree. Also, when a corporation breaks the law and is put in jail, it couldn't continue to function, therefore its functions would have to be put under some receivership for the length of its term.

If corporations are people, then they should go to jail when they break the law, and they should die after a maximum of 90 years. Any corporation older than 90 should be declared dead, and all of its assest should be divided among the stock holders.
